콘도의 전기요금과 수도요금 고지서는 매월 초, 관리사무소에서 1층 우편함에 넣어둡니다.

• 전기요금: 매달 발행
• 수도요금: 금액이 작아 3개월에 한 번 발행하는 곳도 있습니다

1. 전기요금 납부
   • 우편함에서 고지서를 꺼내 가장 가까운 세븐일레븐으로 이동
   • 고지서와 요금(THB)을 함께 제시하면 결제 처리 완료
   • 결제 후 받는 영수증은 꼭 보관하세요
   태국 편의점은 거의 모든 요금 납부와 서비스를 제공하니, “편의점에서 안 되는 것 빼고 다 된다”고 기억하세요. ^^
   참고로, 편의점 달걀도 매우 신선합니다.
2. 수도요금 납부
   • 고지서를 들고 콘도 관리사무소에 방문하여 결제
   • 수도요금은 한 달에 몇십~몇백 바트 수준이므로, 3개월치 한꺼번에 내도 큰 부담이 없습니다
   • 때로는 집주인이 소액이라 대신 내 주기도 합니다

Monthly electricity and water bills for your condo are issued at the beginning of each month and placed in your mailbox on the first floor by the management office.

• Electricity bills: Issued monthly
• Water bills: Often issued every three months (small amounts)

1. Paying the Electricity Bill
   • Retrieve the bill from your mailbox and head to the nearest 7‑Eleven.
   • Present the bill and the payment amount (in THB) for instant processing.
   • Keep the receipt you receive after payment.
   Remember: Thai convenience stores handle almost every type of bill payment and service—“they do everything except what they can’t.” ^^
   And for a quick snack, their eggs are surprisingly fresh.
2. Paying the Water Bill
   • Bring the bill to the condo management office to pay directly.
   • Water fees are only tens to a few hundred baht per month, so paying three months at once is no problem.
   • Occasionally, a generous landlord will cover this small fee for you.
